District Training Assembly will be held on April 13. Whitney will attend and encourages club members to attend. The club will reimburse members for the registration fee. New this year: Rotary International has partnered with Toastmasters to offer several workshops on public speaking. Renee Brouse is the incoming District Trainer.
The Tigard High School Achievement Banquet will be held on Sunday May 5 at 6PM at the Holiday Inn in Wilsonville. Tickets are $25 per person. Table sponsorships are $100 and include one meal ticket. Contact Jim Strickler if you can sponsor a table.
The Tigard High School Auction will be held on April 27.
Rob Musante underwent heart surgery today. Please keep him in your thoughts.
A fund raiser for ShelterBox will be held at Marie’s house on April 13.
Our first cleanup of Walnut St. for Adopt-a-Road will be on April 20 at 9 AM. Meeting place TBA.

Marcos played in 2 baseball games last week.
Sharron will attend training for outbound students going to Latin America.
Alice’s parents will visit Portland in May.

Evan, a Senior, started track. He is #7 in the state in the long-jump.
Luna, a Junior, is interested in attending U of Hawaii to major in elementary education.
Samantha, a Junior, wants to attend George Fox to pursue a major in the medical field.
Ines, a Senior, runs track. She has been admitted to OSU to major in biological sciences. Her goal is to become a neurosurgeon.
