Club Service
Club Service focuses on making clubs strong. A thriving club is anchored by strong relationships and an active membership development plan.
The Club Service Committee helps the club run smoothly by managing many of the club’s administrative functions in conjunction with the club president and secretary. This is accomplished in a variety of ways:
Meeting Agendas
This committee is responsible for developing the agendas, or programs, for all club meetings. This includes our weekly meetings and club assemblies.
Club Communications
Create a communications plan for keeping members informed of club and district activities and Rotary news.
Making Connections
Keeping members connected is key to maintaining a healthy, energized club. Plan opportunities for members to socialize and get to know each other better.
It is anticipated that each club member will take an active role- or roles- within the club. Our club has many activities and interests so there is sure to be a position in which or a committee for which you might volunteer. Here are some club positions that you may want to volunteer for:
Executive Secretary
Newsletter Manager

Cashier
Social Media Manager
