Every table had a stack of letters to stuff into envelopes. The letters were bound for high-ranking Tigard High School students, inviting them to come to Youth Exchange Information Night two weeks hence. Thanks to Bob Davidson for printing the letters and envelopes.

President Rob announced that the club board had voted in favor of ten Grands 2016. The decision to go forward now rests with the Foundation Board’s. The Board will meet in about 2 weeks. There are 3 openings on the Foundation Board that are open to any club member. Expiring members Paul, Jeff, and Ken are running for the positions, but Stuart explained that competition is healthy and welcome; contact him if you are interested. The terms are 3 years long.
