Jack announced that its almost time for the annual Back-to-School party, set for Aug 18. Our club members support the event by helping to purchase Payless Shoes gift cards that are included in the children’s bags. A donation of $40 will buy one gift card. Jack will send around a sign up sheet next week.
Jacob reminded us that Ten Grands on the Green is coming up fast on Sunday July 31. Volunteers are still needed to scan and take tickets, usher, and clean up after the Patron Dinner.. Sign up on line or contact Jacob. Volunteers need to meet on site at 3:15 PM on Sunday for a 3:30 logistics meeting. The Patron dinner begins at 4 PM and the concert begins at 6 PM.
Conrad announced that the District Governor will be our speaker at the July 28 meeting and assigned tasks to several members.
