Tigard Rotary Foundation presented a check for $2,000 to the Broadway Rose Theatre.

$1000 was received from Washington County for the 2019 RYLA program.

A $1700 District Grant for the Holiday Food Boxes was approved.

The annual Dictionary Project will be completed with the last distribution on December 14 at St. Anthony School.  Tigard Rotary has distributed some 13,000 dictionaries over the life of the program.

358 Coats have been delivered to children and teens via this year’s Coats for Kids (Operation Warm) project.

Exchange student, Alice reported moving to a new host family where she now has two sisters.  She is having fun preparing for Christmas and particularly likes the idea of a “Christmas List,” on which you can list anything you want from Santa.  She is looking forward to Christmas festivities.

Jacob presented the slate of officers nominated for the 2019-20 Tigard Rotary Club Board of Directors.  Members approved a voice vote and unanimously approved the slate of officers.

Sergeant Gina directed the 4th Annual Gingerbread House-making contest.

A club social to Darcel’s in Portland is scheduled for Dec 15 at 8 PM.  Contact Jacob for tickets as advanced reservations are required.
