At the Club’s regular meeting on December 22nd, Club members engaged in a Gingerbread House competition. Each table was assigned the task of creating a house made out of graham crackers, candies, marshmallows, and frosting. The winning team did not exactly follow the instructions, choosing to build “The Alamo” instead of a house. But their use of bits of salad to create some vegetation on the site won the heart of our the judge, our speaker John Bitinas. The winning team was made up of Jeff Yarnall, Marland Henderson, Tory Mears, Dan Murphy and Jim Corliss. Congratulations to the winning team, and thanks to “Sergeant” Jacob Pilling,  for organizing the fun competition.
