Paul and Judy Miller’s son married last week and they gave a donation in his honor.  Their grandson, Tyler is looking for speakers for his business club.  Contact Paul if you would like to help.

The annual wine tasting will take place on October 2.  Meet at the Bridgeport Park and Ride at 10:35 AM.  The bus will depart promptly at 10:45.  We will visit Tresori, Ribbon Ridge Vineyards, and Eminent Domaine.  There are only 2 spots open.  Please contact Stuart if you would like to be on a waiting list.  If you are already signed up and cannot attend, please let Stuart know so that someone can take your place.  Cost is $35 per person.  Last minute cancellations will not be refunded.

Operation Warm is underway.  Kim and Shannon are taking the reins this year.  Please let them know if you would like to help.  A sign up sheet for donations was circulated.

The Holiday Party committee will meet tomorrow, Thursday at 11:00.  Contact Gina if you would like to help plan for the festivities.

Jacob presented the final numbers for Ten Grands on the Green.  Over $20,000 will go to the local foundation!  33% of event sponsorships were brought in by Rotary; 38% of the sponsorships were brought in by Michael Allen Harrison.  $35,000 in direct donations were made by Rotarians and their businesses.  A meeting will be held on October 5 at 6:00 PM at Homestreet Bank to go over the event and begin outlining next steps for 2017 event.

The annual Rose Sale will soon be a Wine and Roses sale thanks to a new partnership with Mike McCleskey and Horseleap Vineyard.

Birol gave a brief report on the local foundation.  The goal is to shift fund raising from club members to events.  Two new members were elected to the foundation board:  Marty Wine and Andrea Johnson.  Jim Corliss was re-elected for a three-year term.

Jacob led us in a game of Concentration to raise money for Conrad’s club budget.
