Gina and Marland attended the district New Member Training.

The wine social has been moved to McCleskey Wine Cellars on May 7 beginning at 4PM.  Details coming soon.

The tasting at Indio Spirits Distillery has been rescheduled for April 7 at 6 PM.

A Fireside is planned for March 10 at Rob’s home.  Topic will be the local and international Rotary foundations.

The THS Achievement Banquet will be held on May 1.  Sponsors are needed.

RYLA applications for the July 16 leadership workshop will be available soon.  Let Marty know if you know someone who would be interested in applying.

Sue Yesilada attended the Rotaract new member induction ceremony;  16 new members joined.  Our club is a co-sponsor of the Rotaract Club and members are encouraged to attend meetings and get involved.  Rotaractors help with our club’s projects, such as the Balloon Festival.

Jay announced that the Tigard Meals on Wheels serves 5000 meals per day.  Our club sponsors 130 of these meals.  More volunteers are needed to deliver meals on Thursdays before our regular club meeting.  Volunteering for Meals on Wheels counts as a meeting make-up.

The 2nd quarter treasurer’s report showed the club operating in the black.  This was accomplished, in part, because we lowered the weekly minimum lunch guarantee to Nicoli’s.

Exchange student, Charly moved to the Ketterman’s home last weekend.  The family took her to Multnomah Falls and they climbed all the way to the top.

SAA Conrad caught a break  as a result of the monthly raffle.  This month’s winners are Bob, Troy, Jay, Birol, Sue, and Tom.

Sue and Marty are the lucky winners of 500 Paul Harris points each.  Our club has 100% participation in giving to the International Foundation.  Yay team![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
