He said Rotary has been a gift to this community, and noted that it is phenomenal what a small group of Rotarians can do in a community. He says he has a wonderful Board of Directors, including some newer members who bring new energy and talents to the Board. He thanked his parents, who were in attendance, for instilling in him the desire to help people. He also thanked his wife, Mary Alice, and his son Gabriel, for “the time he won’t be able to give them this year”. (Gab responded to that remark by shouting out “I’m fine!”). Rob’s term of office starts on July 1st, 2015. Let’s all give Rob our full support this next year to ensure that the Tigard Rotary Club is indeed a gift to the world..[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
